4Deck Veneer Roller Dryer Description

The 4 deck veneer dryer was produced to meet the high drying capacity requirement of customers. The fan for 4 deck dryer adopts 5.5kw axial fan with an air volume of 46000m³/hour, which not only fully guarantees the air volume required for drying, but also reduces the total installed power and minimizes the power consumption of the entire equipment. The 4 deck veneer dryer bearings are high temperature resistant and maintenance-free bearings (no need oil ); the bearing sleeves on the rollers are also self-lubricating (maintenance-free and no need oil). The biomass burner is our patent product specially designed for veneer drying Line. It directly heat air and supply to the veneer roller dryer with no heat loss instead of indirect heating of water or oil. Shine veneer roller dryer can achieve the best drying effect with features of uniform moisture content, no splits, no end waviness and in good condition before gluing for plywood production line.
