Shine Veneer Dryer Introduction

Veneer dryer adopts frequency conversion,so users can adjust the transmission speed and temperature automatically according to different veneer thickness and moisture content.Two key factors of determining the veneer drying capacity drying temperature and hot air volume. The temperature of hot air from biomass burner is about 600 degree celsius before going into the dryer and gradually decreased to about 200 degree celsius through the heat exchanger to impinge the surface and back of the veneer.
