The veneer dryer is one of the essential machine in the plywood making line. The feeding width and working length as well as the layers/decks of the wood veneer dryer can be customized according to the specific production capacity needed by different customers. Shine biomass veneer dryer has the features of high productivity, energy efficiency, lowest drying cost and perfect drying effect. The composite cost is only about $6-$12/ m3 including the labor cost, fuel cost and electricity power cost, which can improve customers’ profit space greatly.

The shine veneer roller dryer is equipped with our patented combustion heating system-biomass burner. The biomass burner can burn all kinds of waste wood, waste veneer, tree barks, straw chips and so on. In this way, the drying cost is significantly reduced as no need coal, electricity, gas or oil as the fuel. Furthermore, it also solves the problem of waste accumulation in wood processing plant by burning waste wood, waste veneer, tree barks directly. The temperature inside the burner is up to more than 1000℃ and 140-200℃ in the drying chamber. Such high temperature can ensure the high capacity and good drying effect. The veneer after drying has uniform moisture content, flat, no buckle or end waviness; free of splits and the surface is in good condition for gluing.
