The hot air recycling in the veneer dryer greatly reduces the moisture content of the veneer sheet down to the right level, improves the quality of veneer, and increases the veneer drying capacity. After drying, the dried veneer is flat and the moisture content is uniform. When the veneer is located between the two groups of rollers, the transverse shrinkage can be free, the crack is reduced, and the veneer drying quality is good. In the benign physical process of wood shrinkage, the veneer does not warp, the damage rate is low, and the rate of finished product is high.
