New Biomass Veneer Drying Machine Introduction

Shine biomass veneer dryers are newly produced drying models and the heating source is biomass burner. Unlike steam boiler, thermal oil or flue gas pipe, the biomass burner eliminates heat loss by directly heating air in side the burner and supply it to the dryer instead of indirect heating of oil or water. The waste wood fuel cost is the lowest compared to the gas, steam or thermal oil. The temperature of the hot air provided by biomass burner is 40-60 degree higher than conventional veneer dryer. And the drying capacity is bigger than steam or thermal oil wood veneer drying machine. The composite cost of the total core veneer drying cost is only about $6-$12/m3 including labor charge, electricity power and fuel cost, etc.
