Roller Veneer Drying Machine Introduction

The dryer is used for drying and leveling core veneer and face veneer. It is equipped with a single environmental hot wind stove/biomass burner, the main features: Save fuel, hot wind recycle use, temperature rising quickly, dry and level at the same time. High efficiency (50-100m3/day),energy-saving, good drying effect, less problems.

Roller Dryer running without Thermic Oil Heater or Steam Boiler. It uses waste wood / Briquette fired Air Heater. It eliminates heat loss by directly heating air and supplying to dryer instead of indirect heating of Oil or water. Easy to install the dryer as no need of Boiler. Biomass roller veneer dryer machine is specially designed by Shine Machinery, SHINE biomass veneer plywood dryer can burn the waste wood directly and other biomass material and save the energy cost greatly for the users.
