Direct Heating Air Veneer Roller Dryer

Veneer roller dryer is heated by biomass burner which is our patented product in china. Biomass burner can burn all kinds of waste wood directly to heat air instead of indirect heating of water or oil. So the fuel was saved from heating water to the steam. Furthermore, the temperature inside the drying chamber is higher than steam or oil. That means the drying capacity is higher and drying efficiency is higher compared to the steam type or thermal oil type veneer dryers. The total drying cost is reduced through the direct heating and high drying temperature.
