Continuous Veneer Roller Dryer Direct Heating Air Introduction

The continuous veneer roller dryer machine runs on biomass burner which has the lowest veneer prodduction cost among steam or thermic oil veneer dryers. All kinds of waste wood, tree barks, waste veneer from peeling machine, rind chips are burned directly inside the biomass burner and the hot air is heated up to over 1000 degree Celcius. This hot air is then supplied to the veneer dryers for drying green veneers at the tempearture of 140-200℃. There is no heat loss for the biomass type veneer dryers line as it is the direct heating air instead of the heat of water or oil. The veneer after drying is flat, no splits, uniform moisture content. Shrinkage is kept to a minimum. The surface of the dried veneer is in good condition before gluing for plywood production line.
