Detailed Description

Continuous veneer jet roller dryer can run on not only a steam boiler or thermal oil heater but also the biomass burner or waste wood-fired burner. It is a unique roller veneer dryer heated by a biomass burner. Unlike traditional steam-type veneer dryers or thermal oil heater veneer dryers, the biomass roller dryer has features of lower composite veneer drying cost, more veneer drying output, less energy consumption, and raw material usage and waste. The composite veneer drying cost of a biomass veneer dryer is about USD 12/m3 including the labor cost, fuel cost, and electric power.
