Mobile Hydraulic Dock Leveler (Container Loading/Unloading Platform)
Widely applicable to cargo platforms without loading/unloading equipment and mobile operation sites, the Mobile Hydraulic Dock Leveler is an auxiliary cargo handling device designed to work in conjunction with forklifts. With this equipment, forklifts can directly enter the interior of truck compartments to perform batch loading and unloading operations. Requiring only one operator and no external power source, it enables safe, rapid cargo handling—reducing labor intensity, significantly improving operational efficiency, accelerating material circulation, and driving greater economic returns.
Positioning & Height Adjustment
Move the dock leveler to the work site. Close the shut-off valve of the manual pump, then pump the hand-operated pump to raise the platform to an appropriate height (adjusted according to the vehicle type).
Truck Positioning
Slowly reverse the truck under the dock leveler (visually confirm that the tongue plate reinforcing ribs do not interfere with the platform after lowering).
Docking the Platform
Open the manual pump shut-off valve to allow the platform to freely align with the truck compartment. Note: The moving wheels must not bear any load during this process.
Securing for Operations
Lower the tail plate, then use the locking hook chain to secure the dock leveler to the truck body. Loading/unloading operations can now commence.
Post-Operation Procedure
After completing work, release the locking hook chain. Pump the manual pump to lift the platform away from the truck body, allowing the truck to depart.
Storage
Retract the tail plate and move the dock leveler to its designated storage area.
Designed for efficiency and ease of use, this mobile hydraulic dock leveler is the optimal solution for streamlining cargo handling in dynamic, equipment-limited environments.
