Biomass veneer dryer is one of the most important machines for plywood production line. Shine wood veneer dryer run on biomass burner. The steam type and thermal oil veneer drying line are very common as both of them are indirect air heating of water or oil. The biomass burner is our new patented product. It heated air by burning waste wood, chips, etc and supply hot air to the roll tube of veneer dryer machine for drying veneer. As the waste wood is the most economical fuel compared to the coal, gas, steam and the burning temperature is high enough to dry veneer to a right moisture content level, the biomass type veneer dryers machine has the lowest drying cost and high productivity as well as energy efficiency.
