Double Deck Roller Veneer Dryers Description

Shine veneer roller dryer is continuous roller veneer dryer for core veneer and face veneer. After veneers are peeled from fresh logs by the peeling machine, the veneer dryer is responsible for reducing the moisture content to a proper condition before gluing for plywood making. The working width and working length of the wood veneer drying machine can be customized according to the specific drying capacity requirement needed by the different customers.

The shine roller veneer drying machine is equipped with our patented combustion heating system-biomass burner. The biomass burner can burn all kinds of waste wood, waste veneer, tree barks, straw chips and so on. In this way, the drying cost is significantly reduced as no need coal, electricity, gas or oil as the fuel. Furthermore, it also solves the problem of waste accumulation in wood processing plant by burning waste wood.
