The veneer dryer purchased by the South African customer has 4 deck of 50 meters and a width of 4.5 meters. It uses an automatic dialing machine, a semi-automatic dividing board machine and a collecting machine. It is equipped with our 15-ton biomass burner and can directly burn waste trees. It not only solves the problem of waste accumulation for customers, but also saves fuel costs for customers. The fully automatic control and frequency conversion control system can automatically adjust the transmission speed and temperature according to different veneer thickness and moisture content. The dried veneer has a uniform moisture content, is flat, has no wrinkles or end ripples, no cracks, and the surface is in good bonding condition.
