Shine Veneer Dryer Heated with Waste Wood Dust Description

Unlike the traditional veneer dryer which was heated with steam boiler or thermal oil or natural or landfill gas. Our veneer roller dryer can not only be heated with the traditional heat source but also be heated with biomass burner that can directly burn waste wood dust and chips and waste veneers in process of the debark and peeling. 

The planer (rotary) cutting veneer is fed into the inlet of the jet roller type veneer roller dryer, and through the relative rotation of several pairs of upper and lower rollers located inside the wood veneer dryers, the planning veneer moves forward in a predetermined direction, and in the course of the veneer travel, the hot wind of 140-200 degrees Celsius is sprayed vertically to the face and back surfaces of the veneer by the nozzle located between the two pairs of rollers with the wind speed of V=1.5M/S. Under the control of the electronic control system of the core veneer dryer, the optimal travel speed is adjusted to achieve the best drying effect. And the uneven veneer, after the relative rotation of the upper and lower rollers, can reach the effect of ironing veneer inside the wood veneer drying machine.
