Roller material is Q235B, φ89 steel pipe and high temperature roller drum directly contact with wet veneer for heat transfer, and the heat efficiency is high, heat loss is reduced. Jet Tubes can increase airflow & speed drying inside the roller veneer dryers. The heat, speed and even distribution of the impinging air flow define the efficiency of the drying process and the quality of the veneer. The wood veneer drying machine adopts the frequency conversion which can automatically adjust the drying veneer speed and temperature inside the veneer dryer line in line with the moisture content, veneer thickness to achieve the ideal drying veneer effect.
In addition to the uniform moisture content, the veneer dried by the shine core veneer dryer is flat with no buckle or end waviness, free of splits, cracks. Shrinkage is kept to a minimum during the drying process of the wood veneer dryer machine. So after drying, the veneer is in a very good condition before gluing for plywood making machine.
