Many customers often concern the drying temperature and uneveness due to the shrinkage after drying. The temperature in the patented biomass burner is up to 800 degree celsius and the temperature in the drying chamber of the dryer is 140-200 degree celsius. The veneer delivering speed is faster if the temerature is higher and slower if it is lower. There is automatic temperature control and speed regulation system installed for the 3 deck veneer roller dryer. The 3 deck veneer roller dryer has Q235B, φ102 seamless steel pipe roller material. The veneer after drying by the 3 deck continuous roll dryer has the uniform moisture, flat without end waviness, no splits, good condition for gluing and so on. The high temperature roller directly contact with the wet veneer for heat transfer, and the heat efficiency is high, heat loss is reduced. The new type rollers do not need lubricating oil and free maintenance. The temperature sensor installed insider the chamber of the veneer dryer can monitor the hot air temperature and transmit to the traction motor. And so when the temperature is higher inside the chamber, the delivering speed is faster. The production of 3 deck layers roller dryer has filled the gap in the veneer drying machinary market and it has the higher drying capacity than double deck layers while more competitive price compared to the 4 deck layers.
