Analysis of Medium Temperature of Wood Dryer

When the external pressure of wood veneer dryer is constant, the water transpiration intensity increases with the increase of temperature. For example, when the vacuum degree is 0108MPa, the transpiration intensity of wood veneer  dryer is 2156 times that of 80e. It illustrates the progress of dry medium temperature, which is beneficial to enhance the driving force of water transfer in wood. When the external pressure is constant, the water transpiration intensity increases with the increase of moisture content. For example, when the temperature of dry medium is 90e and the vacuum degree is 0108MPa, the transpiration intensity of water content is 100 times higher than that of 25 ℃. This is because when the moisture content is high, the transpiration water comes mainly from the big capillary near the wood surface. The water transport route is short and the resistance is small. However, when moisture content is 25, it is more difficult to move water in the cell wall below the FSP point near the fiber saturation point, and the transpiration rate will be slower.
