Continuous Veneer Roller Dryer Introduction

The continuous veneer roller dryer is made up of feeding section, heating section, cooling section and discharging section. The decks or layers and length can be designed and customized according to the customers' specific requirement. The rollers can press the green veneer flat, even and iron the wet veneer at the same time. The temperature in the heating chamber and veneer delivering speed can be automatically adjusted in accordance with the veneer thickness and moisture content. So the veneer after drying has the features of uniform moisture content, flat, eveness, no end waviness. The veneer surface is in good condition for gluing.
