Main Objectives of Drying Veneer Introduction

The main objectives of drying veneer are to dry it: fast at minimum cost, flat, and to a uniform moisture content suitable for gluing.The veneer roller jet dryer is the most efficient drying method. Shine veneer roller jet dryers are heated by the biomass burner/waste wood-fired air heater which can use all kinds of waste wood as fuel directly. The wood veneer drying machine runs without a steam boiler or thermal oil heater. It eliminates heat loss by directly heating air instead of indirect heating of oil or water. The drying cost can be as low as $6-$12 per cubic meter.
